Thermal insulation glass
The standard window is made from double pane glass
and the space between them is filled with argon, an inert gas. The two glass panes are separated by an aluminium spacer with a width of 16 mm. To improve the thermal insulation we are using thermal insulated glass of low emissivity or Low-E.
The thermal transfer at the level of the standard 24 mm window: Low-E + Float + Argon is of 1.15 W/mpk.
For an even better thermal insulation, we recommend the window with triple pane glass
which can have two variants:
- 45 mm: Low-E + Low-E + Float + Argon, with thermal transfer of 0.6 W/mpk for 6 chambers joinery
- 34 mm: Low-E + Low-E + Float + Argon, with thermal transfer of 0.9 W/mpk for 3 to 5 chambers joinery
